ROEL Completes Tenant Improvement Construction for TD Ameritrade in Las Vegas

Las Vegas, NV… ROEL Construction has completed tenant improvement construction for the TD Ameritrade branch located at 10801 West Charleston.  This tenant improvement consisted of a build-out in a new 3,051-square-foot branch and was performed without disruption to normal business activity in the surrounding areas.  The high-end office space renovation consisted of new Western Integrated Framing interior glass walls, along with new doors, carpet, ceramic and vinyl tile floors, hard lid and acoustic ceilings, solid wood doors, and a level 5 finish.  In addition to the complete office space and reception area remodel, other improvements included a new kitchen, conference room, and the installation of flat screen LCD televisions.

Chad Miller represented the client, TD Ameritrade Group, Inc. and Jones Lang LaSalle, Joe Page represented the property owner, Charleston Pavillion LLC. David Strait of D.W. Strait, AIA Architecture & Planning was the architect and Sumaya Kaufman of The Heiserman Group, LLC was the interior designer. The electrical and mechanical engineering was provided by MSA Engineering Consultants.  ROEL representatives included Brian Roush as group manager, Frank Bruce as project manager, Mark Shufeldt as superintendent, and Kim Clausen as project coordinator.

Subcontractors for this project included Dorwin Systems, All Glass & Glazing, Pete King Nevada Corporation, Consolidated Flooring Service, Carpets N More, Vegas Valley Fire Protection, DB Plumbing, Production Air, R.L. Jackson Electric, Wilmar Contracting, Simplex Grinnell LP, and White Glove Enterprises.
