ROEL Completes Tenant Improvement Construction of Arroweed Lounge

Laughlin, NV… ROEL Construction has completed tenant improvement construction of the Arroweed Lounge located at 10000 Aha Macav Parkway.  This 2,448-square-foot renovation included demolition, metal stud/drywall, decorative stonework, a new granite front and back of bar, paint, and flooring. A component of this project that is deserving of special recognition is a glass and metal architectural element located within the lounge.
Tim Blessing represented the owner, Avi Resort & Casino and YWS Architects was the project architect.  Thomad Engineering was the structural engineer and Sean Tanner of Cagley & Tanner provided the interior design.  ROEL representatives included Brian Roush as group manager, Shawna Logsdon as project manager and Bill Gildea as superintendent. 

Subcontractors for this project included Sierra Development, Labriola Masonry Inc., Form a Fab Inc.,  Cerbat Door Shop LLC, Rudy Glass Co. Inc., Buxton Drywall Inc., Oasis Floors and Design Inc., Harris and Ruth Painting Contractors Inc., Universal Upholstery, Craig Plumbing Contractors Inc., Reinke Heating & Air Conditioning Inc., and Walker Service Electric Inc.
