ROEL Honored by Employer Support of Guards & Reserve
Las Vegas, NV… On Tuesday, June 10th, ROEL® Construction Co. was honored by Employer Support of Guards & Reserve (ESGR) when ROEL, along with Chief Executive Officer Wayne Hickey and Regional Manager Brian Roush, was recognized as a Patriotic Employer. Recognition can only be received when an employee that is also a member of the National Guard or Reserve forces nominates the employer. ROEL is fortunate enough to have Lt. Curt Favinger of the Marine Reserves as part of the family.
While deployed, Lt. Favinger not only receives support from ROEL, he also has piece of mind while serving knowing he can assume his same position as Project Manager upon his return. “We are very proud of all Armed Forces personnel, and offer nothing but support to Lt. Favinger and his family,” says Hickey. “While we’re grateful for this recognition, we’re more grateful for the selfless service that he provides to this country.”
