ROEL® CONSTRUCTION EXPANDS DESERT OPERATIONS

Palm Desert, CA. . . . ROEL Construction proudly announces the occupancy of their new office in Palm Desert, CA.  The office is located at 34100 Gateway Drive in Suite 100 in the new Pointe Monterey Business Park at the intersection of Dinah Shore and Gateway directly behind Sam’s Club on Monterey & I-10. The new location is a support for the local existing client base, including the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians, who’s recently-completed Agua Caliente Casino Resort Hotel & Spa, is one of ROEL’s largest projects to date. ROEL has been a leading contractor in the Desert Cities and Inland Empire for nearly 15 years and is currently underway with projects for the Morongo Administrative Offices and the Fantasy Springs Casino. Some of ROEL’s completed projects include the Agua Caliente Casino, Thunderbird Country Club Clubhouse & Spa, The River at Rancho Mirage, Eldorado Country Club Clubhouse & Fitness Center, Xavier College Preparatory High School, The Reserve Country Club Clubhouse & Fitness Center, Indian Ridge Country Club Clubhouse. “We are very excited to expand our desert operations with this office relocation,” said Bill Carter, ROEL’s Regional Operations Manager. “In addition to having the opportunity to serve our already-established clients, we now have the opportunity to contribute as a strong community partner as well.”  Carter will be running the new office with support from Senior Project Managers Chris Heese and Jano Montoya, Contract Administrator Brandon Line, Assistant Project Manager Danial Partridge, Business Development Manager Diana Martinez, Project Engineer Sandra Cuevas, Regional Safety Director Sherman Gaines, Project Coordinator Charisse Partridge, Sr. Project Superintendent Maynard Zillmer and Superintendent Paul Martin.
