ROEL® COMPLETES TENANT IMPROVEMENT CONSTRUCTION FOR JOHN LAING HOMES CORPORATE OFFICE
Irvine, CA… ROEL Construction Co., Inc. has completed the tenant improvement project for John Laing Homes in the Impac Center building located at 19520 Jamboree Road. The 62,329-square-foot project encompassed 3-1/2 stories of the existing 5-story office building. The project included executive offices, boardrooms, meeting rooms, kitchen area and employee lounge, server and IDF rooms, and open offices. An inter-connecting 3-story glass rail stairwell protected with a one-hour rated Won-Door system was also included in this prominent residential home builder’s office. High-end finishes were used throughout, including custom stained millwork, stone flooring, granite countertops, wood wall paneling, glass railing systems, high-end lighting and audio/video systems.
Rob and Cliff Scholle represented Scholle Jamboree Property Development, LLC and Shellie Stayberg and Ron Groeneveld represented John Laing Homes. Joel Pugh, Chris Bailey, Xaypra Doty Barrios, and Greg Galletly of Dorn-Plaz & Company were the owner’s representatives and David Converse of Converse Consulting was the construction manager. Paul Morford, Robyn Taylor, and Kim Graham of Gensler were the architects. Brandow & Johnson Associates, Glumac, and Systems Source were also part of the design team. ROEL representatives included Mike Renna as group manager, Chad Barnes as lead project manager, Matthew Bukowiecki as lead superintendent, and Jodi Herrmann as project coordinator.
