ROEL® COMPLETES REMODEL OF EMERALD PLAZA LOBBY

San Diego, CA… ROEL Construction Co., Inc. has completed renovations to the lobby of Emerald Plaza, located at 402 West Broadway in downtown San Diego.  Two custom made black pearl water walls were included in this 5,000-square-foot project, as well as finish upgrades to the security desk. Ceiling removal and replacement at the main elevator lobby area and G1 parking level was also part of the work completed.  In addition, energy efficient lighting was used throughout.  ROEL has completed numerous other tenant improvement projects and common area remodels throughout the building over the past year.

Sonia Miro represented RREEF Management Company and Charles Almack of Interior Architecture was the architect.  Hurkes Harris Design Associates was also part of the design team.  ROEL representatives included Jason Hunking as project manager, Dustin Purdy as project engineer, Rich Gomez as superintendant, and Mindy Bryant as project coordinator.

Subcontractors for this $300,000 project included Casper Company, Johnson, Barnes & Finch, Borneman Plastering, Centex Glazing, G Marble & Granite, Allen & Hein, Cascade Water Gallery, Western Fire Protection, KMP Plumbing, Control Air Conditioning, Neal Electric, Dialcom System Services, and Blue Horizons Enterprises.
