Located on the Fort Yuma Indian Reservation in California, this design/build project consists of a new five-story, 166-room hotel and low-rise building containing a 33,000 sf gaming area, a 24-hour cafe, sports bar and a steakhouse, event center, and associated back of house functions. The new hotel offers guests a resort pool area, porte-cochere, food court with outdoor dining, and surface parking to accommodate 1,650 cars. A water treatment and wastewater treatment facility is onsite.
